What is Pantherfest?
Pantherfest is the largest annual event on UWM’s campus each year! The Pantherfest Working Group brings a musical artist (or two, or three) to perform for UWM students, faculty and staff to the American Family Amphitheater on Sept. 7 from 7–11 p.m. This year’s artists are Khalid and lovelytheband!
What is the Panther Street Festival?
Streetfest is a fun event held the day of Pantherfest from 3–6:30 p.m. near the UWM Fountain. There will be free food, entertainment and music! It’s also where students can find transportation from campus to the Summerfest grounds!
How do I get a ticket?
Pantherfest tickets are sold at the UWM Union Information Desk located in the center concourse. Student tickets are free, and you are able to purchase up to two extra tickets for friends at $20 a piece.
What am I allowed to bring to the event?
Bags should be no bigger than 9” x 6” x 3”. For a full list of what isn’t allowed on Summerfest grounds, check here.
I’ve heard about wristbanding. What is that?
Wristbanding is how you find your seat once you arrive at the American Family Amphitheater! You can get wristbands at the Welcome Tent at Streetfest, and the earlier you arrive, the better the seats you’ll get! If you’re one of the first there, you may even receive a pit pass!
Can I get a pit pass?
The easiest and best way to receive a pit pass is to be one of the first in line for wristbanding at Streetfest. However, there is also chance you may win a surprise giveaway while purchasing your Pantherfest ticket or by entering the social media giveaway!
